- Sparkfun Great selection of parts for electronics projects.
- Pyglet A great multimedia library for developing games using Python and OpenGL
- SciPy Nice set of scientific tools for data analysis using Python
- Fritzing Pretty cool program for drawing basic electronic schematics/circuit drawings. Still needs some work, but is impressive so far.
