Raspberry Pi Laser Cut Case

January 24, 2013

Here are some plans for a laser cut raspberry pi case. It is designed for the newer model B and utilizes its mounting holes. It provides easy access to all of the raspberry pi’s ports and GPIO pins, and works great to provide general protection to the pi.

Once you cut the pieces out of acrylic you will need to either countersink the holes on top to accommodate 1.5 inch screws, or cutoff longer screws with a dremel to prevent them from going past the rubber feet placed on the bottom. 1 inch standoffs provided the perfect height for pi.
